If possible, we will install our Remote-control software to make connecting to your computer quick and easy. As always, we strongly recommend using our cloud backup service to safeguard your data.
Cloud Backup: This is a must to protect all your data. We not only backup the documents and other data files from your computer, but we also can backup your Microsoft 365 data or Google data as well. Our standard plan includes up to 1 TB of data storage and 3 months of history.
Microsoft Office 365 support: We can help you with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and all aspects of M365. Including the new Copilot to help you become more efficient with your time.

Need Data from an Old Hard Drive?
IDE Hard drives were installed in computers starting in the 1980s. They were replaced by SATA drives in about 2005. If you have an old computer lying around and need to recover the data, there is a chance we can copy your documents and photos to a new Hard Drive or USB Memory stick. This is NOT a data recovery service, as the old hard drive must be readable. If you are not sure, we can plug it in and let you know!
You can tell the old hard drives by a large data cable and power connections.
Cost for this service is $50.00
Need photos from an Old Memory Card?
Have photos or other data from an old Phone or other memory card?
We can copy the data onto a new USB Memory stick for you. This is NOT a data recovery service, as the old card must be readable.
Cost: $25.00
Is your old Hard Drive slow?
This can save you hundreds of dollars! As long as your processor (CPU) is reasonable, you can update your old Hard Disk to a faster Solid State Drive (SSD). You may also need to update the Memory (RAM) in your computer as well. We can take a look at your computer or notebook and let you know if this will work for you or not. An SSD is 10 times faster (or more) than an older SATA HD. It’s like getting a brand new computer for a fraction of the cost.
